Missing product, Hoffman can't help
Apparently Hoffman has been trying to remove their contact info off Amazon for years, I contacted them and they don't have anything to do with the shipping or sale of this so that wasn't helpful, and on top of that I only received the one bag. Hoffman itself isn't a bad company, but this distributor definitely wasn't on top of it.
