Was able to use this with a walker and a wheel chair
And, I was able to very easily adjust the straps, even with an oxygen tank in the holder, moving between wheelchair and walker.

Well made and sturdy for a single cylinder carry pouch.
A bit snug for a single cylinder and with wheelchair support bars, causes some minimal issues with getting a tank in the pouch, but overall well made and functional!
