Q: Are the Rhinestones made of Glass or Plastic?

No Rhinestones on this choker/necklace. The black beads appear to be plastic. Not sure about the large black stone in the center - - seems to be a harder, heavier plastic also. Hope this helps.

No I had on all black but it would look pretty with any color in my opinion.

Q: What size neck would this fit around?
