We purchased this zipline for our kids last Christmas and it was so amazing… until about 5 months in. Like a few of the other reviews on here, the bearings broke and fell out. We searched everywhere for bearings to replace them but couldn’t find the exact size. We tried contacting the company on Amazon and got no response. We were pretty discouraged and chalked it up as a loss until I found their email address in the instruction manual and figured we’d give it one last try.Once I emailed the company and explained what happened they responded immediately and sent a whole new replacement zipline since it was still under warranty!All in all we love the zipline and I just recommend holding onto the instruction manual in the case that you run into the same issue.

We had a lot of fun on this for a few months. The bearing on the pulley went out really fast. It went from them gliding across the yard to having to run with them from one end to the other. It was easy to put together. The break works really well. I like the different options you have as far as a harness or the round seat. It was very affordable. Worked fine for anyone under 10 years old. Not being able to glide smoothly for very long is the only thing I dislike. You should not have to replace the bearings ever month

entertaining for children and adults magnificent

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We waited until April to put it up. She LOVED it!! Here we are, first part of June and it is a DUD! The bearings it rolls down the cable on, appear to already be wearing out. I sprayed penetrating lubricant on the wheels, no difference whatsoever. I can reach her at the high end, and even when I grab ahold of her and launch her, she slows to a stop 20’ shy of the spring. I am beyond frustrated. It worked so great and it seemed like I was dad of the year. Now my kid has a useless zipline and I’m out my hard earned money that I used to purchase it for her.

It has a great big ratchet strap to tension the cable. The top of the cable has to be attached to the tree.

I picked this zipline because using a ratchet to tighten the line is brilliant. When we first installed it the kids went flying down the line, it was smooth and fast, and they used it all afternoon. But a few days later they would hardly go a few feet. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the pulley wheels, why were they rubbing and dragging so much? So I took the bolt out that attaches a wheel to the handles. The whole wheel fell apart in my hand. We only used it for a few days, I don't know what kind of cheap metal this is but it obviously doesn't belong in a moving part. I ordered new "ball bearings" (I had to figure out what they were first) and they should arrive soon.The pros:- Great step by step instructions- trolley is easy to take on and off the line and bring inside when not in use- long line- decent ratchet, does not loosen too fast but does loosen over time, make sure your metal safety line is secure-trolley comes with adjustable rope with plastic seatCons-cheap ball bearings need replacement-rubber grips slide off the handles over time-the disc seat has no protective lip around the rope hole, so the rope can pinch legs if not carefulOverall I'm happy with the line itself, and once the bearings are fixed and we can use it again. Hopefully the new ones are made of better material.

Everybody loves this zip line, super easy to set up and works great for all ages and sizes!!
