Great set for Vintage vehicles that still have r-12 fittings
Nice set of ac gauges. Hoses and valves are high quality and seal well. Having R-12 interfaces is very handy as well for me as I work an many vintage vehicles that still have the R-12 fittings in place.

product and warranty support both terrible
On first use, the low side coupler would not seat/seal properly. Unfortunately, didn't try using this until a little more than 30 days after I received it, so couldn't simply return it to get my money back. This purportedly has a one year warranty. So, reached out to warranty support at Robinair (actually Bosch, who owns Robinair). After more than a half dozen emails exchanged and talking on the phone with 7 or 8 different people at various points across the last month, I'm literally no closer to being sent anything as a replacement.Everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and seemed to want to be helpful. And, in every conversation, I've been told "well, I don't understand why a replacement hasn't been sent, but I'll make sure it will be in the next few days."But. Nothing. Is. Ever. Sent. So, I follow up. Again. And, again. And, again. Seems the company is such a hot mess internally, it lacks the ability to actually follow through on anything.Steer clear of this garbage and Robinair/Bosch generally. What a disappointment.UPDATE: Called yet again and spoke with yet again another person. This time, was told that Bosch maybe will be able to send me a replacement IN 5 MONTHS because everything's supposedly on back order until at least then -- despite the fact I can order this on Amazon and elsewhere for delivery within the next few days. Can't make this stuff up. At this point, it's crystal clear Bosch is purposefully doing all it can to not honor its warranty and couldn't care less about their customers. What a joke Bosch and the Robinair brand have become. I give up. $110 and over 2 months wasted.

Imported Over Priced Junk
I wanted to go with a trusted name like Robinair, a brand I have used for years, but to my disappointment these gauges screamed cheap imported junk to me! The temperature reading on the dial is in celsius, not fahrenheit. I live in the USA, and the average Joe doesn't use celsius, so now I'm forced to use a conversion app on my phone to read what the saturated temperature of the refrigerant is. I've owned other R134A gauges in the past and they came standard with a low loss fitting with built in check valve on the yellow hose. Not these gauges! So now I have to purchase a valve or purge the yellow line after pulling a vacuum and adding refrigerant . There are way cheaper priced gauges here on Amazon that are of the same low quality. Why would Robinair even sell these, and for this price? Their branding is no where on the gauges. I realize the gauges came from China, but I also figured they would be built to Robinair's quality standards but obviously I was wrong. For the price of these gauges, I'm seriously thinking of returning them and go with another professional brand.

Good for the occasional user
Decent enough for the occasional user. Not the same quality as a yellow jacket set but they get the job done at a decent cost. The one thing I don't like is they only store with the quick connect on the back of the manifold. I was expecting there to be threaded storage but for as much as I use them I'm just nit picking.

great but remove the valve from the yellow hose!
So far so good. I used it to recharge my ac. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is there were no directions that informed me to remove the valve in the yellow hose in order to use it properly. I read another review on amazon that told me to do this. Other than that it works great. I used a small pare of pliers to remove the value by turning it counter-clock wise.

Recommend to everyone
This tool is great and I recommend this to everyone especially those who are looking for quality for low price this is the one and for the novice who only use a tool once or twice you can look up the metric to Fahrenheit scale or Fahrenheit to metric on the internet so no worries about using it.

I have an earlier Robinaire 134a manifold set which is of better quality but lacks a sight window or case
I bought this manifold set because it is a Robinair product who makes fairly decent refrigeration tools. I wanted one with a sight glass and a molded case to keep it and the hoses and adapters in. I have an earlier Robinaire 134a manifold set which is of better quality but lacks a sight window or case. This one is made in China, and the quality is just ok. The low pressure gauge needed to be recalibrated because it was reading positive pressure instead of zero. The manifold valves, when you open and close them, they feel cheap/low quality. The hoses appear ok and the quick connect couplers look ok but the mechanism which depresses the shreader valves in the refrigeration lines also feels cheap. After looking it over and considering what I paid, I decided I was going to send it back and buy another. Unfortunately, after carefully looking at all that Amazon sells, I decided to keep this one. The only American made one that I see that has the sight glass, long hoses, molded case is the Master Cool but its quick connect couplers do not have valves. That means when you go to put them on, you will be releasing pressure as they snap on and same when you remove. For Robinaire, I expected much better so I was a bit disappointed. I will go ahead and use this one and if it disappoints in service, I will update this review.
