Adcraft Commercial 10-Liter Hot Chocolate Machine and Dispenser with 10-Liter Capacity and Adjustable Thermostat, 10-Liter, Black

I purchased this for my wedding and it did not disappoint. Unlike coffee, you need to keep hot chocolate constantly stirred and this dispenser does a great job of that, while keeping it hot, with minimal condensation. I mixed milk, Ghirardelli and Swiss Miss cocoa mix and it was a hit. We didn't expect the entire thing to be consumed. This unit has a very high quality build. All the parts are sturdy and when snapping together or using the dispenser, never did it feel cheap or like it was going to break. For anyone that needs something like this, I highly recommend it.

Very disappointed with this unit. Purchased in Sept to use as our hot chocolate dispenser for our ice cream shop. Kept in box until we could actually get the hot choc rolled out on our menu which was Feb. Used for two days and the thing crapped out. Called manufacturer and they said 1 yr warranty was void b/c we purchased from an Amazon company that was a "registered" seller of Adcraft equipment. Tried to contact seller (SJ Universal) to no avail. Just bent over and took a $600 hot chocolate enema. Will never purchase anything from Adcraft or SJ Universal again.

The product is amazing. Love it. When it says expect 14 days shipping, expect 14 days shipping. You won't get it a moment sooner.

The tap never worked,there was always leakage. Could anyone tell where a can get a tap replacement?

Absolutely fabulous--easy to use, makes great hot chocolate. Very dependable. We're planning on buying another one for hot apple cider.
