It's well made and very durable. Love having it as the first stage of my filter system because it is easy to clean and catches all the large debris that was clogging my 20micron filter.We are on catchment, and have installed a 4 stage filter system.This metal 50 micron, a 20 micron string, a 5 micron string/carbon combo, and a UV filter.Working great now!

I purchased 50 and 10 micron cartridges. They are physically identical with zero indicators of rating. They are nice quality but they should be marked or then how do you know what rating it actually is especially if you mix them up. Not impressed by that. I also am concerned about flow rate. The vendor seems to dodge the question. Max flow is an important factor. I am assuming flow max based on McMaster carr similar units and what they use as max.

This is a Great Water Filte, that can be reused and reused and reused and reused and reused.It will save you lots of money!!!

THESE FILTERS CANNOT BE CLEANED AND REUSED, AS CLAIMED BY AMAZON AND THE SUPPLIER. AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USE, AND WASHING, THE DIRT GETS STUCK IN BETWEEN THE INNER FILTER STRAINER MESH, AND CANNOT BE CLEANED OUT, RENDERING THE FILTER CARTRIDGE USELESS. AMAZON AND THE SUPPLIER REFUSE TO REPLACE OR WARRANTY THE PRODUCT. LOOKING TO SUE AMAZON AND THE SUPPLIER IN CLASS ACTION NOW.

Very disappointed no where there are instructions on how and what to us to clean to reuse!Did come with instructions either!

Well made but the 25 micron particles I typically filter go straight through.

Time will tell. But a cleanable/reusable filter makes more sense than a throw away one every three weeks
