I received damaged product initially. The interior packaging from the manufacturer doesn't support the corners of the box so the corners of a few prices were damaged. However, I sent messages to the seller and they called me the next day, which was amazing. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful. We talked through the pieces that needed replacing and he arranged to have them sent to me. They arrived in a few days! It was a very painless process. I would absolutely buy from this seller again because of their customer service. As for the product, assembly is challenging just because of the volume of pieces that need to be put together. It's time consuming but not overwhelming. Really, for the money you'd be hard pressed to find a better table. Yes, it's particle board. But a solid wood version of this set up would run 5-6x more money. It's a pretty solid table was assembled. Overall, I would highly recommend the product and the seller

It took two of us about 3.5 hours to assemble the desk. It is well worth the effort for the end result. I am able to store my computer tower under the desk on a shelf as well as my router and modem. The work surface space is excellent even with a monitor on the desk top (to one side). The bookshelves on the end are good for display and the three drawers provide perfect access to files, office supplies, etc....Enjoy your new desk!!!

Great desk, makes my room far less full with more useable space. Holes for screws were well placed and assembly instructions well written. Only reason for the drop to 4 stars was that the instructions say assembly is one hour. If you're daily job is putting theses desks together, that's probably true... If not, assume 2.5 hours even with an electric drill (highly recommend using one!).But I want to reiterate - the instruction were really easy to follow and week illustrated.

I would say that this is a very sturdy and nice desk. I was hesitant at first but in all honesty it was easy to assemble, had all the parts and nothing was chipped or broked. The instructions say that you need two people to assemble. I did it myself. Only thing is the two boxes that they come in are pretty heavy so if your installating upstairs you may need two people to take ut upstairs. I just opened it downstairs and took the pieces upstairs then assembled

I love the storage and look of this desk! Draws are very deep with lots of room. Step by step seamless instructions! Looks and feels more expansive then what we paid for. Definitely buy if your considering this desk, you will be very pleased. Only note I can share is that this does come in two boxes, which is not a problem. However when ordering it does not indicate that. So the order may be delivered separately. The problem and only problem we ran into was tracking the second box. There was no way for us to do that. When the first box was delivered, our order indicated complete. The second box followed just shy of a week later.

Building the table took 1.5hours with two people, although on the expensive side it is really nice nothing broke and directions were in a booklet which was easy to follow (visuals helped big time). I like the color of the table as well, it was just really dusty so make sure to clean it before using it

we received this item and we’re putting it together for a Christmas gift for my daughter. There are so many missing pieces that it can not be assembled. It is a desk and the 60” desk top is missing!
