I got a pedicure a while back and the moron who did it cut my toenail weirdly and when it started growing back out I guess it was ingrown. I didn't want to pay the $65 a doctor was going to charge me to fix it so I decided to order this. It does nothing, the bandage and pad things are extremely unconfortable, they even cause pain sometimes, the gel smells like sulfur, and it just doesn't work at all. It's supposed to soften the nail so that it stops cutting into the skin and is able to be moved back onto its proper path but it just doesn't do that. Soaking my foot in warm water was more effective and didn't even cost anything but a couple hours.
