I wanted a quick and easy way of boosting my fibre intake without messing with my calorie intake.This was great for that, a lot of fibre for a "tidy" amount of calories.Tasty enough that I wanted to eat them, but not too big that I couldn't still have my protein puddings.My wife wasn't thrilled about the texture but did like the flavours and found them filling.

Lovely cars, nice size for a snack and don’t taste awful like others I’ve tried. The texture is quite dense but i quite like it and definitely got used to it quick.My favourite has to be the apple and cinnamon tastes like apple crumble !!The value for money is great considering the insane fibre content compared to other bars on the market.

Very tasty but the best flavor is the Cocoa and Hazelnut. The packaging design puts me off a little.

Brilliant healthy bars. Love them

I got this to try as I'm trying to be more healthy.I thought the flavours were pretty bland and the texture isn't very nice either. The bars are a decent size, especially considering that you get 1/3 of your fibre from it.You can definitely tell it is a quality made product although it does have sunflower oil in it.If you are needing extra fibre then it is good value for money, especially if you like the taste, but it's not something I will buy again though.

All flavours of these bars are really nice. All natural ingredients and very high fibre.

Dirt tastes better.

You can get these bars in some supermarkets, but not all flavours. Here we have Sea Salt & Caramel, Hazelnut & Cocoa, Apple & Cinnamon, Peanut Butter & Raspberry & Coconut. A nice selection which are all different. The Quantity of each flavour seems to vary, I had more peanut butter this time. These are fairly small bars but do give you 10g of fibre per bar, which is way more than many so called "health" bars. I highly recommend them.
