Fibre-packed & very tasty fruit and nut bar
Tasty and healthy. I struggle to hit my 30g fibre/day target since starting the Zoe plan. I’ve tried so-called health bars before and found them tasteless, overpriced and full of additives. Now we have Gut Stuff. Packed with fibre, very tasty (I like the cocoa and hazelnut) and great with my morning coffee. At last … a great snack that is actually healthy and I’ll stick with.

Amazing Fibre Bars
In loveeeee! At first I didn’t know if I was gonna like the flavours but oh my god I was wrong! I got the mixed flavour pack and they are all so good. Perfect snack bar for that much needed fibre in the day. Raspberry & Coconut is my personal fav, will be buying more once I run out!!

Healthy but pretty bland.
I got this to try as I'm trying to be more healthy. I thought the flavours were pretty bland and the texture isn't very nice either. The bars are a decent size, especially considering that you get 1/3 of your fibre from it. You can definitely tell it is a quality made product although it does have sunflower oil in it. If you are needing extra fibre then it is good value for money, especially if you like the taste, but it's not something I will buy again though.

Very tasty
These are the best Gut Health bars on the market in my opinion.Tried another brand which were dry in comparison,you chew for ages and don't seem to get anywhere.These are moist and have a lovely chocolate taste.I have mine when I get up with a mug of tea,although they are a healthy snack anytime of day.
