Great knives but handles don’t match the quality.
These are really nice quality knives that I’ve had for several weeks now. They’re solid, and super sharp. They matched a set I already had but they are superior. I hope to purchase more as we go along and replace my other set. I do hand wash and dry. The picture is of my a la cart knife purchases. They all match in handles color but the Tuo knives are definitely superior to my other knives. The block is a random block but fit all the knives. The only negative for me is the back of the handle doesn’t look finished or high end. My less quality knives have a much nicer full tang handle finish.

My new favorite
The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd Tuo knife and I am very happy with it. It's sharp, feels great in my hands, well balanced and stylish as well! Not your typical ' Target/ Home Goods' knife! Lasts long without sharpening, no rusting and overall - looks like knife that's more expensive.Great value for the money!I have several knifes but I find myself reaching for these almost all the time now.

Sharp, well-balanced and holds it edge
Love the size and edge of this knife. My go-to knife for splitting, piecing or boning a whole chicken and trimming out roasts before cooking.

Really Good Knives For The Money
This is my second Tuo knife and I've been impressed both times. First, they are well packaged and come in a giftable box. Second, I love the ergonomics of the handle design. They are comfortable for me. Third, they are sharp. Although I don't know much about grades of steel, these are made from a higher grade steel than your bargain basement knives. Run them over a sharpening steel and you're good to go. I have several knifes but I find myself reaching for these almost all the time now. These knives are a great value for the money!

Good and sharp
Happy with my purchase. Not used to sharp knives, so cut myself 3 times. It will be great cutting the 25# Christmas ham....but gonna have some one else have the carving honors. Lol.

Very good knife for not a lot of money.
I bought this to replace a 6" chef's knife I had and used almost daily for 30 years. I had to replace it because the handle cracked.I decided to get this knife because I have a 4in pairing knife from Tuo that I've had for a year now, and I like it quite a bit.So I got the 6in chefs knife today and used it while making dinner, and it was exactly what I imagined it would be.Having said that, it's not quite as good as a true top-tier chefs knife that you would pay $100+ for. There are certain small details that someone with experience might pick up on, but I paid about $30 for this, and I think I got more than my money's worth, so I am very happy with my purchase.

Wow !
I must start with saying , I am a professional chef working in one of New York’s busy kitchens . I use knives all day . Mostly pricy Japanese ones . They are fantastic for using all day , easy to sharpen, easy on your hands etc etc .When I saw this brand , I gotta admit , it was a great looking knife with a very affordable price tag . Would it really work well ?To my surprise , not only a handsome piece of art work , it is very sharp , I mean it’s sharp !!!I got the 10 inch one . If you want to buy a good knife in that size category, be ready to spend min over couple of hundreds .Great maneuverability, easy to hold . Tour knife work will be a breeze . But be careful , again it’s sharp . Tho , a lot of people doesn’t realize that dull knife is more dangerous then a sharp one .Do yourself a good , maybe not a 10 inch one to start , but get this knife piece by piece and create your own collection . It’s well worth it .I am very impressed .One thing I have to mention tho . You have to wash and dry as soon as possible . Enjoy!
