It's great! Already assembled for the most part and easy to get ready to use. My only complaint (it's a lame one) is that the extra nozzle is an orphan... Nowhere to maybe clasp it to the pumpso it doesn't get lost. And it will get lost; in my garage, or basement, or at my son's tool shed. I'll use a zip tie I guess. Otherwise, good product.

Great product. Top quality but if you do have an issue they will make it right. They stand behind their product. Anne & Chloe were great. I won’t hesitate to buy more products from PetraTools.

It's light and easy to use. I was able to climb up a ladder with it and spray my solar panels. The different settings came in handy because my solar panels were really dirty.

I was disappointed that on my first time using it the hose sprung a hole even though it didn't hit anything with it and the top snapped came apart. I was able to reconnect the top (user error). As soon as I shared my concern, team member Elizabeth, responded immediately and has help me resolve my issue. The product works as described and made spraying my plants a lot easier. 4 stars just due to hose issue, but its being replaced.

Finally a great sprayer. Hard to find good ones that stand up and last. Wish it came with a third spray tip for a more of a stream pattern.

Purchased the Petra 1 Gallon Graden Sprayer. Had a problem with it and some questions. I called Petra Customer Support and talked with Kristina. She was efficiently able to answer my questions and solved my problem quickly. I would highly recommend Petra Tools; they have great Customer Support.

worked okay for a few sprays then the handle stopped. I reviewed the "help" section on amazon and petra website. did not help. tried contacting on sat during business hours. no one there, chat not response. Said screw it and I took the handle apart. the rubber rings have expanded and need to be replaced. 20 cent part. gees.

I called Petra about a part it needed for my sprayer. I spoke to Christina in customer service. She was very courteous and polite, She took care of my concerns promptly. She went onto inform me I will be getting an complete replacement sprayer and should arrive in the next 3 to 5 days. I am very pleased with Christina and sprayer and highly recommend the product!!!
