NVX VCW 10 D4
I bought one of these subs and was so impressed with the build quality and sound quality that I bought another one!!! The one thing you need to pay attention to with the subwoofer is that it is a little wide for some prefabricated speaker boxes. Pay attention to the mounting diameter on the box you buy or build for this subwoofer as it is a little wide. Otherwise the performance is great for the money and they look nice too. Great job NVX!!!

Very solid looking subwoofer
Just got it and breaking it in so I'll have come back and renew my review once it's broken in but as you can see it's a thick boy, super heavy , super stiff and best thing is takes a small box. I think they are gonna be worth the money.

Will not handle "rated" power
Nice heavy construction, seems beefy. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to it's own hype.Ran a single in a ported box at around 600w, and it didn't last a week before getting loose and bottoming out way too easily. Very disappointed it died so quickly, didn't even take a full break in before it broke.

Great 10 Inch Sub
This sub is great. I have always owned 12's or 15's in the past. I am sending it 500 watts via a Kenwood amp. I have it in a sealed box , .75 cubic ft. It seems to handle any type of music well. I think it could easily handle more power.

10in but it isnt
Probably just me, but I would think a 10in woofer would fit in a 10in box. I guess not. I wanted to build a mean little system, but it was not meant to be.Using a Fosi stereo amp (home audio) this was bumpin in free air. In the right enclosure and the right space, this thing is a bass monster.

Best bang for the money
Pounds like no tomorrow . I was a little skeptical about nvx because I had never heard of them but after hearing this sub I'm really impressed. I've owned all the high end subs like alpine type r and rf and so on . These are by far the best money value I've found . Just ordered 2 of the 12s for mu jeep and couldnt be more pleased . Nvx has top of the line amps and amp wore kits that I love . Amps do well Over there power ratings . Can't go wrong with NVX stuff

This subwoofer is a piece of s@#!
I purchased 3 of these subwoofers and they all blew. I was only running a 700 watt amp on each. They are rated at 1600 watts. Now I have 3 really heavy paper weights. This just sux. They started out fine but all blew after 2 days one by one over a weeks time! I would stay away from all NVX products. They just seem like garbage.

It's worth a try but you might be sorry
Not too bad I guess if you're going super budget stereo. Just don't expect it to hit the lows that you want like sundown will. It's hit or miss with this company
