I use these seeds to grow sprouts. All the seeds sprout, and are tasty.

Easy to grow
Just getting into micro greens. Did our first run and they came out moldy (had too many in there) but if you do your own research and play around a bit, you have great growth. We now enjoy them daily. We like the taste although could be spicier-

Garden Cress ruins this trio!
The super spicy greens and rainbow radish are very easy to grow on a tray or in a mason jar and taste great in salads or sandwiches. The reason I only gave 2 stars is because the garden cress ruins this trio. The Garden cress micro seeds absorb the water so much so that they become super slimy and then they rot and smell. They will not grow. And unfortunately it feels like a waste of money since the Garden cress is a 1/3 of the seeds

Not For Sprouting, onl
These are for planting, not sprouting. I tried them in sprouting jars and the gelatinous sheath on the seeds prevented them from doing anything but rotting in the jar.

Lesson Learned
I wanted the variety, to test growing various kinds of sprouts. I used to grow alfalfa and bean sprouts in the old days. I believe it's the Cress seeds that caused a problem in this product, and unfortunately, there's a whole package of them, plus they make up a large part of the Spicy Mix package. The Cress seeds quickly formed a gelatinous mass that even water couldn't pass through, so they can't be effectively rinsed and drained, and they quickly rotted. The radish seeds were great, however. This was an expensive way to find out Cress can't be sprouted in a regular sprouting jar.
