My box did not come with instructions so we don’t know how to turn them on. Someone mentioned a key. I don’t have that either. Where is the hole?

The "key" is a paper clip or similar straight small diameter stiff wire. The "hole" is located next to the motion sensor and has a small power symbol next to it. Push once then test in a dark area to verify. Also, let the light sit in a sunny area for a day to charge - it does have a small charge out of the box but is not fully charged. Hope this helps.

There is a single hole in the unit for mounting with an expansion plug. I used heavy duty double sided tape to mount outside on brick.
