My DVD for the CorePlus Reformer is damaged and won't play

That's too bad. But the exercises on the DVD R pretty standard Pilates with bands. You tube reformer band exercises and ull be fine.

Yes. It requires diligence. You have to make the product work for you, but there are videos that show many options.

Will this work for a short person 5'2"?

Yes it will. I am 5’2 and it works just fine for me and it will for you too.
