Will these "glow" under a black light?

It’s a great product , but unfortunately they do not glow under black lights.

Can i use multiple ribbons on one stick?

Yes. The ribbon is connected to the stick with a pin so you can open it to add more ribbons to one stick.

I don’t know but we used them for a party and the kids loved them! We did have to tape the red rubber piece on to keep it from falling off.
