Easy to use, not for tree frogs
I bought this as a back up for my Cuban tree frogs and leopard frogs. Just to use if ever a hurricane or holiday or something happens and pet stores were all out of crickets. That happened, so I put this to use over the weekend. It was real easy to mix and didn't smell bad. I must say they did not like it, they normally eat everything. I did trick a couple that will eat from my hand but only was able to trick one time and then they spit it out and I tried again and they spit it out again. I know this food is not intended for them, just thought it may be better than canocricket. I read reviews and no one had posted if they tried on other breed frogs, so that is why I am posting. It is a no go, get the can of crickets as back up, the wet kind. This food will not go to waste, I have been using in dried powder form to feed crickets and hermit crab. I give 5 star because it is easy to use and doesn't smell bad and works for Pacman frogs.

No go on the frog front
My Pacman frog turned his snout up at it. I thought maybe it was the texture because he has eaten cricket food cubes in the past. (Not a recommendation, they're not that nutritious.) I tried mixing it with agar to make a sturdier food tablet, but still it was a no go.On the upside, my cherry shrimp and ramshorn snails seem to be enjoying it, so not a total waste of money.

My Ravioli likes it now!
My juvenile strawberry pineapple Pacman, Ravioli, took a little convincing. He was raised I assume on regular old live crickets. I don't want live insects as another thing I have to care for so I use a combination of this, the can'o'mini crickets and can'o'mini mealies with reptivite and freeze dried anchovy as a good variety of "dead" food for him.It took him about a week to accept the dead food but now he's eating like a champ. I'll move him up to can'o'crickets, grasshoppers and whatever else they have once he's larger but I'll be sticking with the Pacman food and reptivite to make sure he's got a well rounded diet!

Almost killed our pacman frog!
Our pacman frog swelled up like a balloon and had sporadic breathing after eating this. We thought for sure he was going to die. Thankfully he pulled through and I tossed this poison in the garbage. I had read warnings on the forums and groups not to buy this but regrettably cheaped out with it anyway. I have heard good things about Pac Attack but will be sticking to live food for a while. Do not roll the dice with this.

Pixie frog loves it.
Actually bought this for my pixie frog(African Bull Frog) just to see if he would eat it and to have it around as a treat/back up food when I can't go out and get anything. The top of the bottle is narrow but it comes with a long scooper which is difficult to dig out and also to put back in. It looks like poo when you mix it and smells like it too.I'm happy though because my frog loves this stuff. All I had to do was grab the food with tongs, put it close to his nose and he viciously attacks it and looks for more. But my frog is a fat greedy pig, others might not have the same results.

It's okay
It's pretty easy to make. My strawberry albino takes some coaxing to eat it. My pixie and green pac man didn't take to it. Gets 3 stars as far as fast delivery and ease to make this product.
