Mixed for Honda vehicles
There's little that is obvious to discern this from Honda's own branded fluid, but to the true expert, you would be able to tell. Not that it would matter in the end, as told to me from those I've spoken to about it. This fluid may as well be identical to the rest of us, apart from the minute differences seen which can also be accounted for between each mixed batch. It's up to you whether you would like to save a few dollars if the official Honda fluid is out in every location, as I'm told this will get you pretty much the same results. From having done the first TF flush, I already notice quite the improvement, so I'll make sure to complete the process of multiple times as Hondas are supposed to take.

Time will tell...so far so good.
Arrived exactly as advertised. Used this for my Civic. Saved some money compared to buying car OEM-branded transmission fluid, but this stuff is supposed to be the OEM for the fluid...I'm just not paying extra for the vehicle brand. Only time will tell, but it appeared red and looked like the other stuff I had been using. I will buy this again. For my particular vehicle, I do a partial 2.75 qt drain and refill every 10k miles, at the same time I have my car on ramps for the oil/filter change. This is recommended on many forums for Civics. This is a great lower-cost alternative, without sacrificing quality.

Idemitsu makes Honda DW-1
Idemitsu is the OEM supplier for Honda DW-1. This version is fully synthetic per an Indemitsu chemical engineer I personally spoke to over the phone. I have noticed smoother shifts after the first drain and fill in a 2013 Civic 1.8 liter. I did 3 drain and fills to get to about 82% new fluid. Keep in mind these transmissions won’t see a dramatic difference in shift quality due to being electronically controlled. But realize you should be changing the transmission fluid in a Honda at minimum every 20k Miles. I do it every 10k Miles. Never have any transmission problems. You are only draining about 2.5 quarts every service, with a total system capacity of 6.2 quarts (2013 Honda Civic 1.8 auto non CVT). Fluid is cheap, transmissions are not.

Cheaper alternative to the OEM Honda. Same stuff different label.
This is supposedly the same company that makes the OEM Honda atf which costs a lot more and it’s the same stuff. I used it in my 05 Acura TL for a drain and fill and it smoother out my shifting and took care of a little shake I’d get when the tranny would shift to like 4th or so while only going like 25-30 and real low rpms.

Works great for my 2010 Acura MDX
I used to live in Japan and everybody know Idemitsu made all kind of OEM fluid. Since people don't really work on their cars over there, so Honda/Acura bottle or Idemitsu bottle doesn't really matter. Therefore, both prices are similar. However, in US, Idemitsu is much cheaper than Honda/Acura. It is a no brainer to go for Idemitsu. I did 2 drain and fill and it works great.
