mCover Case Compatible for 2020~2022 14" Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2/3 / 4 (with AMD CPU) Series Windows Computer ONLY (NOT Fitting Any Other Lenovo Models) - Clear

I purchased this for a friend (and brought it to her in Cambodia, where there are no Amazon deliveries) who is very happy with it one month into using it. It's a fun color and protects the computer well. It went right on and hasn't caused any problems. This is her second time purchasing this - the first one worked great until she dropped her computer on a tile floor.

This looks great, and is a great concept, but terrible in execution. As someone else has already stated, it doesn't fit. I checked and double checked the model of my laptop and ordered the correct one.To elaborate on HOW it doesn't fit further:It appears that the bottom piece doesn't have enough space to account for the rubber feet of the laptop. It does have the "bump outs" but they're not big enough. I suppose if you wanted to rip the rubber feet off your laptop you could, but you'd need double stick tape or super glue to get the feet back on if you ever wanted to use a different case or something (if you didn't use the feet, and didn't have the case, the laptop would just slide around willy-nilly on a surface). In one of my photos--the close up of the hinge--you can see how bowed out the bottom of the case is. That's the back rubber foot pad that extends the entire way across the laptop. The case doesn't allow enough room for the feet. It is clear the pieces are supposed to snap onto the laptop. The piece for the top (lid/screen part) snaps firmly in place.In addition, the vent holes on the bottom do not line up. There's a section that is covered by the bottom piece of the case. You might be able to see this in the picture.One more thing--the picture makes the case appear opaque. The description says it's transparent, but that's not really clear from the picture. I have no problem with it, just wanted to put that warning out there.I'm really disappointed. I wanted this to work because I really dislike the bulky case I have on it already, it doesn't fit properly either. At least Amazon was generous and gave me a refund. mCover---for sponsoring so many schools and being "made to protect" as your pamphlet that was included with the describes, I'm surprised you don't have more complaints.

Received this product timely, however I should have taken the previous reviews to heart. While the top cover fits well, the bottom does not. It doesn't snap on properly, resulting it to come loose and/or fall off with even the slightest move of the laptop.

This product came and it is too small to fit my computer. Was labeled as being 14”, but is more like 12.75”. My laptop is in the background for comparison.

I purchased the purple cover and really like it. It is a nice color and I like that it is sheer. Very easy to put on.

Very disappointed, I ordered 2 of these cases thinking that the 1st one I ordered was defective. Second case has the same problem the bottom part does not fit the lap top, it is very poorly made and obviously made not to fit. Its almost a joke that it had a QC approved sticker. Will be getting my money back and will order from a different manufacturer.
