Is this suitable for a 6 year old?

No it is not suitable as the catch at the back of the goggles is too weak and breaks very easily, in our case at the first time of using. Also the lens scratch very easily. Basically I would suggest spending alittle more $$ and buying a more durable/fit for purpose pair rather than think you are getting anything other than what this is which is a cheap waste of money.

How is the night visibity inside the pool on these glasses ?

Even day visibility isn’t clear enough.
