Works Fantastic!
The media could not be loaded. Uuuffff! I love this Caja China. I cooked my first pork in there on last December and it was fantastic with just 5 charcoal bags.

It's Legit!
The media could not be loaded. Was skeptical at first but after numerous videos were watched I pulled the trigger ( pun intended). The hog came out perfect, everyone was impressed. It was juicy, moist, fell right off the bone! Can't wait to use it again

Fantastic - Fun - Easy
Roasted a pig at our family reunion. Was a Huge hit!! Because it cooks with indirect heat, I brined the pig for 3 days, rubbed the pig and injected the pig with flavoring. I added more coals than called for and roasted it for longer than called for. I also added a cold smoker to the unit to get smoke flavor while roasting! This was an absolute blast!! My sister in law wants me to roast one at her upcoming wedding now! I was even able to do it with the fire bans in place in that it is cooked with charcoal and not open flame!

Wonderful purchase
Great purchase. It works well and is easy to use. Holds up to about a 70 lb whole pig but not any bigger without some manipulation to it.

Missing Items, box has air gaps, unresponsive seller
Haven’t used it yet, so can not provide ant reviews on cooking. Would share I am missing items, and the box is easily damaged, as mine was. After putting it together it is not as sealed as I can see it is designed to be; lots of little gaps. The handles that hold the grates and pans do not stay in the holes as there is no type of fastener supplied to secure them; the handles for the grates just hook in and are very loose. What occurs is, that when the grate or pans are at rest, the handles come out very easily. The aluminum that is covering the plywood is very soft and thinner than other models I’ve seen in person. I do believe this will work just fine for a while and would not last for very many years, depending on how often you roast.Update- seller is unresponsive to any issues or missing parts that you will experience. Don’t recommend buying.
