Chicos para esta etapa del año recomiendo esta caja china, es muy útil, evitamos estar mucho tiempo en el frio y es muy cómoda, la carne queda muy deliciosa y crujiente.

Fantastic - Fun - Easy
Roasted a pig at our family reunion. Was a Huge hit!! Because it cooks with indirect heat, I brined the pig for 3 days, rubbed the pig and injected the pig with flavoring. I added more coals than called for and roasted it for longer than called for. I also added a cold smoker to the unit to get smoke flavor while roasting! This was an absolute blast!! My sister in law wants me to roast one at her upcoming wedding now! I was even able to do it with the fire bans in place in that it is cooked with charcoal and not open flame!

I gave it to my husband and he loved it. Now his roasts are the best in the world thanks to this box.

Cracked and missing parts
After I assembled I found leg and part of the box was cracked, also bear pawns were missing in the package. Box works well but parts needs to be check before vendor sends to customer. I sent the seller this info but they never reply back.

Holes do not line up
So far, so good. Previous comments said the holes did not line up during assembly. This is true. I had to drill a half dozen holes to assemble it because the sides did not line up. Other than that it assembled pretty easy. Roasting a pig in it on the 4th.

It's Legit!
Was skeptical at first but after numerous videos were watched I pulled the trigger ( pun intended). The hog came out perfect, everyone was impressed. It was juicy, moist, fell right off the bone! Can't wait to use it again

Este producto es totalmente de mala calidad desde el primer día que lo usamos fue la única vez ya que desde que le calló el aceite fuera del envase empezó a ponerse feo y la tapa cuando le pusieron el carbón a la hora de doblo por el caliente 🔥, nosotros somos una familia que nos gusta cocinar y compramos mucho en Amazon pero este producto a sido el peor de todos y se oxida de nada 👎👎👎👎 bad quality y yo nunca e devuelto un artículo de Amazon para nada pero este si ya que el precio no merece que esté se dañe tan rápido

Works Fantastic!
Uuuffff! I love this Caja China. I cooked my first pork in there on last December and it was fantastic with just 5 charcoal bags.
