Just the part I needed for Maytag

Never responded to my question about a faulty product
I had purchased one from this company within 6 months and was having problems. Sent a question to 5e company through Amazon and never got a response. Hope the recent one I ordered works? So I would characterize this company from North Carolina unresponsive to a customer.
