Great! Is an improvement from my previous one. And it said acceptable condition but it was brand new in not original box

It worked great! Been great for studying!

The media could not be loaded. the screen is perfect no scratches or anything, and it came with a screen protector. there’s also 0 scratches or signs of damage anywhere. At first the battery seemed to be horrible, but then I figured out iPads in general have horrible battery’s, and you can’t jsut go into settings and see the health, you have to go thru the files and scroll thru it to find it. My iPad said the maximum capacity is 95 percent. So VERY GOOD.

I am a novice with technology!!! I know very little about devices and very skepical of buying such online. I searched and scoured the internet as well as Amazon to find the right device for my needs. I had to look up so much to understand how these devices operate, storage capacity, OS etc. I wanted to make the right choice and hopefully not waste money. I dont believe I was "over thinking" just determined to get something worth my money. Unike so many who use devices such as this for gaming, video watching, etc , I wanted something to only store all my recipes and cooking tips I have gathered over the years. And I wanted something I could view while cooking. Prior to this purchase I bought a tablet from elsewhere - big screen (11") but was uncomfortable with the bill I would have to pay!! This ipad was reasonably priced. What I did not know is that the 64gb version is all I get. Did not know I could not add storage, so buying one with more storage was obviously going to be more money. Of course if you need more, that's what icloud is for, dropbox, etc - oh my listen to me!!! But you all know what I am referring to. Go up higher if you can, especially if there's any doubt you may not have enough storage. I returned that 11" and ended up buying this air ipad. With a 10.9" screen I was happy that I still could view it and I enlarged the print within the recipe app! The screen is very clear, responsive to touch as well as resposive to the stylus pen I purchased. Not having the 11" tablet was no loss. This screen is plenty big for what I'm doing - cooking ! The apps that come preloaded are items I will not use. I have a laptop so no need to duplicate. I figured out how to pair this with my printer for scanning and it worked! I downloaded a recipe app and that worked great! I also figured out how to put my iTunes library on this ipad which was another reason I bought it - to store all my music. So for a novice device user, I am a little more knowledgable now than two weeks ago which I'm proud of. LOL. This shipment came as scheduled and packaged well. No dents or dings. I am very happy with the company that supplied it. I sure hope this last too. I like it alot! Thank You

I ordered and the ipad came with the wrong charger. I talked to Amazon and the sent an replacement, the replacement arrived and the charger is correct but as soon as it was plugged in it was sizzling and smoking. Totally dangerous and not okay. I would recommend the ipad because it's a good price but ordering your own charger and not trusting the one it comes with

Purchased refurbished at "excellent" condition through the seller JemJem, the iPad shipped quickly and was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging was subpar as it only came in a small bubble wrap bag inside a thin cardboard box however there was no visible damage to the packaging or product. Came with a charger that does not seem to be an Apple official one. The iPad has many noticeable medium sized scratches and scrapes on the screen. None of them are deep and they don't effect the usability of the device however they are still visible even under a screen protector. I could find no other cosmetic flaws on any other part of the device. Overall good quality for the price compared to buying new. Will add on to this review after using the device if I have any notes about the battery life.

Product not only came early but it was in almost perfect condition!

Being this was reconditioned and not new the iPad served me well. The only problem was low battery life.I had to charge it more offen than my previous iPad. After two years the battery died. For the price and service I was satisfied..
