Too big for my airfryer oven, so main oven it is. I'm gluten free and Becky Excell's bagel recipe made this an essential for me.

For any pastry, very flexible, but it has to be put in the oven over a metal tray. This way it is easy to slide over grills and remove it from oven.

I have now used this tray a number of times and got perfect results each time. As the silicon heats quickly the cooking time can be reduced slightly providing lovely golden brown tops and light brown bottoms. The bread turns out of the mold easily and the mold is easy to clean. I also have the eight poriton bun tray and that to is excellent.

Worked fine for about 5 times then when I took it hot from the oven the mould fell apart as pictured spilling baguettes to the floor. Not fit for purpose, seller offered £5.00 good will as it was out of the 90 day warranty. Don't bother, buy a metal one or not at all.

Very easy to use and clean.I put a thin coat of oil on the grooves before using but I don’t know if that’s really necessary. It holds the shape of the bread well, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would buy again.
