Bought this as a student with endo, currently due on at some point soon and have back pain so was a good time to test. The heating function hits the spot perfect! I can use a hot water bottle or TENs on my front and the chair takes care of the back! However the lower and upper back massage points are wired the wrong way round to the remote which made me giggle but that’s no biggie, the heating was the selling point for me and massage still works.My desk is in my living room so I’ve always gone for style over function, my last chair was so uncomfortable I rarely used my desk. This has comfort and style as well as providing pain relief, I’m so happy I found it!There’s a couple suppliers selling similar but the blue was more navy, went for this one as the blue is lighter and turned out to be the exact colour I wanted. Material is soft and seat is firm but cushy, the firmness should settle down and is a sign it’ll last longer, I’ll update here if it goes flat quick.Building it wasn’t fun, instructions weren’t the clearest but got my head around it nonetheless. Recommend a second person helping if you can but not absolutely necessary, you’ll just end up in some awkward positions holding certain parts up.

A bit fiddly to assemble it took my husband half an hour . Very sturdy and comfortable, well padded in the right places and heats up quickly. The feel of the fabric is lovely and cosy. The massage function is noisy and vibrates rather than massages but will be used for a few minutes at a time only if I get sore from sitting working for hours !

This Vinsetto ergonomic office chair is amazing! The 6-point massage function is a great touch for long work sessions, and the heated backrest adds extra comfort during colder days. I've only owned this chair a few days, so granted, I cant give feedback as to how it lasts.... however, that being said, before I purchased this chair, I read the reviews and honestly, they put me off of buying it. All the reviews I read stated some crucial issues they've had with the chair. Unable to change the chair-back position; issues with noise; hard to put together/build; lack of padding when it states extra padding. After finally manning up enough to buy this chair for my self (clearly I'm a risk taker), I can safely say, IM GLAD I DID BUY THIS CHAIR!For starters building it was a doddle...seriously, putting a flat pack chest of draws up is harder. The only issue I could honestly say I had building it, was when I fixed the base-plate to the underside of the seat... and thats only because I stupidly didnt check that the "cable" was on the correct side of it before screwing it into place. I had to loosen it off, correct the cable position, the put it back together again. EASY.Secondly, learning how to use the chair features (I'm just talking the basic movement, angling the back and making the whole chair lean back) must have taken me less than a minute to work out. Yes I may be somewhat smart, but honestly, it wasn't difficult to learn that if I want the back of the chair to move, I had to push my back on it, whilst holding the button down. Rocket science, I know and surprisingly, it does actually work.Thirdly, it was said many times how loud the chair is on massager mode... Yes I'm used to lots of noise, but its safe to say, this chair is NOT LOUD. It makes noise, yes, but so does your mobile phone when its in vibrate only mode, if you can cope with that going off every time somebody calls you or texts you... I'm fairly sure you can cope with the "noise" this chair makes. (Very quiet for a chair with moving motors, in my opinion.)As for the massage and heating features that many people seem to be disappointed with, I am pleasantly surprised how well it feels. Yes, its not your top of the range, pressing and prodding all the right places kid of massage, but it does its job. Gives me a good old shake, and helps me to feel more relaxed. The heating feature, although only comes from one part of the chair, warms up my entire back within a few minutes, helping me feel warm (I can even feel it when it is 27degrees outside!), reminds me of those heat packs you can buy to warm up your hands inside gloves. I guess an improvement would be that it warms up my buttocks also, but perhaps then I wouldn't need central heating in my home? Either way, I cannot say I'm disappointed.Fourthly, and the one that possibly annoys me the most, the "lack of padding" that a lot of people stated, I just don't understand what chairs they were sat on beforehand, unless it was a sofa, then compared to your dinning chair, this IS pretty dam padded! I owned a gaming chair before this one, and believe me, that suffered in the padding department... yet I happily sat on it for up to 9 hours a day before I noticed discomfort. As I said before, I haven't owned this chair long enough to comment how long it takes before the padding dies a horrible death and the feel of the hard wood underneath becomes an issue, but I get a good feeling it wont be for years to come.All in all, I must say, writing this review has been quite satisfying, after the complete panic I had when I clicked the "buy" button after reading all the complaints. Its safe to say, so far, I am NOT DISAPPOINTED with this chair, I could quite confidently say, I am a satisfied customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. Please do not be put off by the bad reviews, they may have been amongst the unlucky few who were sent a faulty chair, or simply haven't built an office chair ever before. Take a risk, and if you end up with the same chair I did, you wont be disappointed! Unless you too, cant work out how to lower the back of the chair, in which case... I wish you luck for the future.

So I got this chair, build it, no issue at all however not even 24 hours after receiving it, the entire top, ie the back as well as the sitting plate moves and is wobbly.I have contacted the seller and they were absolutely horrible. I am still in touch with about 20 different agents that don't read the previous messages, they confuse orders and offered a full refund, which now they went back on and not even 24 hours after having the chair, they said they can give me 10 pound off to have a repair man check the chair.I mean the entire idea is ridiculous..For the chair itself, besides the wobble, it's comfy and the massage heating function does what it says on the tin. You can't expect anything amazing for this price and I would have actually recommended the chair but with that service, no, get something elseI am still thinking about sending it back cause what's the point of a wobbly chair.
