I ordered one the first time. Really loved it. Nice chime sound. Very authentic Japanese bell. So I ordered two more. Very disappointed. Took out the of the box and it is not put to together like the first one. The bell was separate then you have the string separate. There's a little jump ring to keep string from pulling through bell but the jump ring just tied on end of string where it doesn't belong. Had to cut it off since it was tied in a knot. The hanging paper is separate. So you think how hard is it to put together. Well there is a loop on one end of string then the clacker thing. You have to poke string through bell which keeps slipping back out. My fingers are not nimble as it used to be and trying to hang on to this slippery silky string while swearing was hard for me. Why couldn't they put it together then ship it. Just throw all pieces in the box and have me put it together. Well not ordering again even if it is a nice bell. Too much headache when you have physical problems.

This is a nice chime, and it was priced well. It is smaller than I imagined but I mean that's on me - it was listed with dimensions. The paper windcatcher thing...while it does say paper in the description, I mistakenly assumed it would be kind of like a thick vellum type of paper. Nope. It's cardboard paper/cardstock. It's shaped to fit inside the small box during shipping so it will never be straight and if you try, it'll only bend/crease. I'm going to replace this with heavy-ish bead of some sort.Overall, it's a nice chime, it's has a very nice weight to it! I'm glad I purchased, just wish I hadn't assumed the windcatcher to be different.

Sent both back. Was a gift for my wife. Wind didn’t make the unbroken one make chimed.

Very small and cheap

It has a nice little tone. It is esthetically pleasing addition to your garden.
