Nice replacement
The replacement ear pads fit the AKG perfectly and seems very well made. It is evident from the photo, but to confirm that unlike the original, these do not have L/R signs on them.

Yes, saved my AKG Y50s from having to be retired!
They include a plastic pry tool commonly used for phone and tablet disassembly. USE IT! Very helpful getting the edges of the ear pads into the little grooves to hold them in place. Looks like factory new when finished if you line them up just right. I got in the neighborhood but not perfect vertical alignment of the L/R indicators. Pro tip, remember to make sure you're holding the headset in the direction you think you are so you don't put the L pad on the R earpiece and have to pull it off 3/4 of the way getting it on. These replacement pads look, feel and work great. I love this headset and it isn't made anymore.

Glad I got these, cos the fabric on the ear pads looked like it had been to battle and bear made it back with its life! LOL!Great find, will buy again if the time comes!I love em!
