You could be over watering. Try tipping your pot to drain it. Has your pot got drainage holes, if not get one that has. It is always better to under water rather than giving too much. Personally I usually use pot that have a water depth gauge. Like the Lechuza pots, but usually cheaper versions as they are expensive. I have never had problems since going over to Pon and pots with measures.
