My boyfriend got a pair of the first set of beats that were released and they helped him a lot. He got hurt pretty badly in the military. Holding the phone to his head is difficult due to his injuries. Having Bluetooth changed his life. As he used his first pair so much they started not start charged long. So I got him a pair of these to replace his first pair that worked very well and lasted quite a long time.With high expectations I gladly paid the price to get these. Sadly they do not work well. He cannot get them to connect to his IPhone half the time. He’s constantly frustrated and irritated because they do not work.He does not like the shape or fit of other brands. We’ve tried many. So with this he’s now gone to the iPod pro. He is not happy with the fit but they connect and work every time.I would not recommend getting these. Sadly the quality is not what they once were as we learned the hard way.This was an expensive mistake that we will not make again.We are no longer buying anything with this brand.

Missing componentsI am sure I could give a much better report if I would have received all of my equipment. When I open my package, the electrical device (The charging plug) was not the one that goes with this equipment.
