Tom's of Maine Fluoride-Free Rapid Relief Sensitive Toothpaste, Fresh Mint, 4 oz. (Packaging May Vary)

I've been looking for toothpastes to help with my sensitive teeth and Tom's is the toothpaste that finally works!It actually ends up working on the very first day, it's a 5 star product due to this alone. If I had one downside it would be that I don't like the taste that much but it's a small negative compared to how great it is for getting rid of tooth sensitivity.

Great for sensitivity

Great product. Hard to find locally. I recommend to anyone with tooth hypersensitivity. The Arginine is a game changer. You can even apply it directly to the affected area in addition to brushing daily with it. We use fluoride toothpaste once a day and this Tom’s Rapid a relief with Arginine once a day. Highly recommended.

I've been using this toothpaste for years and it's made a huge difference in my mouth. I used to have multiple cavities each dentist visit, but after switching to this toothpaste, I went over 6 years with no cavities. Its flavor could be better, but for an all natural non-flouride toothpaste, I'm quite happy with it.

I was hesitant to try this toothpaste because I have one tooth that is super sensitive. I’ve been using Sensodyne for over a decade. Wanted to use something that was more natural so I gave this a shot. I actually found it to work better than Sensodyne. The mint flavor is more of a natural mint, so it may not be for everyone. My boyfriend thinks it taste disgusting, but I really like it.

I developed incredibly painful dentin hypersensitivity that seemed initially to improve but then got worse while using leading treatments like Sensodyne and a Listerine potassium oxalate mouthwash. It was at the point where I was ready to pull out an otherwise healthy tooth because of the pain. Luckily I read about calcium carbonate and arginine being used more often to treat the condition in Europe than treatments like potassium nitrate and found this product.It helped pretty quickly and knock on wood has continued to work well for the past 8 months. Hopefully it will continue to work so well and they’ll never change the formula or discontinue it!!!

Flavor is good, holds onto the toothbrush well, but takes many brushings before the effects of lessening the pain are felt. Because this toothpaste is fluoride-free, I'll probably order it again, just to have it on hand for those times that my teeth feel somewhat sensitive. But next time, I'll be more patient. Instead of expecting immediate relief from the pain, I'll know that I have to wait a few days to experience the results.

A little expensive, but works, keeps gums healthy.
