Q: Can tou use standard metal cutlery with these bowls? Thanks for your help

We have used metal forks which are absolutely fine and not damaged the bowls at all.

Q: what colour is the 1500ml option?

5 colors to choose: diamond blue, sunset brown, matte black, shine black and mocha, please visit the foodeden store and choose what you favor.

Q: Is the cutlery wooden?

Yes it is, at least I think it's a wood, and it comes with little "stone" where u can rest Ur cutlery. I think it's great buy :)

Q: 2 × 20cm porcelain ramen bowls 2 × wooden spoons 2 × wooden chopsticks 2 × wooden forks 2 x porcelain chopstick stands so how is it 14 pieces?

I think it counts as 14 pieces because the 2 sets of chopsticks = 4 pieces and the eating implements come together in a beautiful cloth wrapper (like an envelope for the chopsticks etc). 2 of those. I have to say we love our ramen bowls and the rest of the set. Beautiful quality, making our simple attempts at ramen and similar bowl-based meals feel really authentic.
