I’ve been using these along with other supplements to help regulate my period and PCOS symptoms. They seem to really do the trick, but as expected, they did take a while to “kick in.” Getting proper nutrients and vitamins as well as other healthy lifestyle changes are so important with PCOS. These are easy to use and have absolutely no taste even when mixed with water. It DOES take a while to get it fully dissolved or you get a SLIGHT salty taste, but it wasn’t bad and you have to REALLY concentrate on it. Just throw the water back already lol. In any drink that wasn’t water I truly couldn’t taste it at all. I really like how the doses are pre measured and still a decent cost unlike competing products that up-charge an insane amount to have the powder doses pre-measured. My only complaint is that it comes in a box with a sticker seal but each time I’ve ordered, the sticker seal has been broken. Since none of the individual packets were broken or missing I didn’t return or make a big fuss, but it is something unexpected and worth mentioning. Will keep reordering.

I had to come and leave a review. I have a very “sensitive” palate, and I will say with 100% certainty, this has zero taste and dissolves completely. Now on to the important stuff: I started taking this Monday evening. I decided to start with one dose per day to see how I tolerate it. Tuesday, I started having a bit of breakthrough bleeding. To me that’s a sign of a hormonal shift. Today is Wednesday, and everything is back to normal. I do take BCP’s to manage my PCOS symptoms, and I haven’t stopped yet. This stuff actually does something. Next week, I’ll up the dose to 2x a day and see if anything changes.

Can't taste in oj but its a pain to use, id rather had pill form. Don't know if it works yet. Not easy to open package.

Love the fact it has no taste. Does not change the taste of your drink at all.

Taste is not bad and very easy to swallow in water.

I have taken inositol and my-inositol for PCOS and these come at quite a comparable price. I do prefer the packets over the large container of powder. I feel like there is not as much powder in the packets. Anytime I’ve taken this in the past it’s been about a tbsp of powder and this is about a half of a tsp. So far I haven’t noticed any difference in how I feel so I’m not gonna be critical of it. My only real critique is that the perforation doesn’t always work and you have to cut it. The product dissipates pretty easily and has next to no flavor.

I haven’t really been able to tell if it works well for me since I’ve only been on it for a month but in that time I’ve definitely seen my period which was delayed before. I will update further when I’m on it for 2-3 months. But what I CAN say is that the flavor is virtually non existent, it is Very easy to stir even in regular water and you can’t even tell you’re taking a powder substance. Very versatile, and easy to take, or even take with me if I’m traveling.
