Great Bit, Great Price, Use it Right
This has quickly become my "go to" bit for doing shallow passes to profile hardwood or plastic when I want to avoid the fuzzies that would remain on the surface (the top layer and the floor of non-thru cuts) from an upcut bit. I don't think this down cut solid carbide bit can be beat at this price. Somebody mentioned that the bit broke when he used it... that's clearly from user error. This is a down cut bit, so it's not going to be able to cut non-thru _slots_ (granted, I still do it in hardwood and polycarbonate, with .015" depth, 133IPM, 29k RPM, air blast chip evac) as well when compared to an upcut bit due to chip evacuation being more difficult, but it will leave a superior cut on the top face, as it's designed to do. You'll get onion skin on the bottom layer of your thru cuts on plastic probably, so consider a compression bit (combination up and down cut) if you need a perfect finish on both top and bottom. And for the love of all things holy, use a damn feeds and speeds wizard like GWizard or FSWizard or HSMAdvisor. Don't just throw it in your spinny tool and cram it through material and complain when it breaks. Router bits and end mills need to chew through stuff at proper loads, and carbide won't flex like HSS when you overload it - it will break.

Sharpest Stick I have.
Its quick, its sharp and it get the job done. Running at 16k RPOM with a feed rate of 35 on a belt driven CNC cutting through all save for the most dense woods without issue.

Excellent!
This is a very good bit for quality vs price. Just at good of cuts and very close in longevity vs the more expensive brands. Customer service by seller is excellent.

Awesome little endmill. Have hours one on it cutting mdf signs and still going strong.
