California Design Den Rayon from Bamboo Luxury Silk Cooling Sheets, Queen Size, Grey Bedsheets with Snug Fitted Deep Pockets

2 year update: I replaced these sheets with cotton ones to match the color of the new quilt. Spouse slept horribly after the sheet change. Might have to switch back to these.21 month Update: I keep seeing people reporting that these (and other) bamboo sheets stain easy. My partner is on blood thinner and is in construction so I'm quite familiar with stains on the sheet. However, I soak these in hot water and oxiclean for two hours (or overnight) and wash them in hot water and none of the stains remain. I've been doing this for almost two years now and the sheets are holding up fine. Don't use bleach.I also saw that some customers experienced pilling but I haven't. My pillow cases have been washed weekly (almost 100 times) and have never pilled. I have a new LG washer/dryer so that may help prevent pilling. I attached a closeup of the pillowcase. While it looks course in the photo, it is still as soft as ever.19 month Update: Quit using fabric softener to better protect fabric and environment with no loss in softness. No more damage since I quit using hot water and bleach. Still wash weekly.10 month Update: Started seeing holes in the sheets from my aggressive cleaning techniques. I found that soaking overnight in OxyClean Powder worked better than bleach.8 Month Update: I have washed these sheets with bleach and hot water (not that I recommend that) every week for 8 months with no loss in strength or softness. My spouse does hard manual labor and is on blood thinners so the sheets get dirty.Addendum: I bought three sets of new sheets, all in different fabrics, all rated high. I've washed them weekly for five months (no piling) and they are as soft as new but I had to soak them overnight in oxi clean to whiten them again. Still the softest set of sheets I own (and I buy for softness).Addendum: The corner of one bottom sheet ripped after first use. However, they are so soft that I am giving them a second chance and ordered a replacement set. The replacement set was damaged in transit and returned undelivered. I ordered and received a second set that are working fine but I had a time getting Amazon to refund the charge for the nondelivered set. I have already spoken with two associates, the latter who claims I am misreading my credit card receipt.Original Review: The sheets are noticeably soft and shiny. They feel lighter and cooler for sleeping but the softness is not to the degree that you feel on satin sheets (they didn't cause the sheets, pillows, or me to slip off the bed).Because of reviews that reported tears and pilling, I washed these sheets twice before putting them on the bed. As shown in the photos, they fit the split king bed perfectly and had no tears, holes, or pilling.People are reporting them to be wrinkled. Mine did too when I forgot to use Downy Wrinkleguard fabric softener. You also need to remove them from the dryer as soon as they are dry. They also don't get overly wrinkled after sleeping on them.I put the pillow cases on two different king pillows and they were almost too small on the Viewstar Cooling Shredded Memory Foam Pillow but fit perfectly on the expensive one I bought from Sears years ago. Neither of them slipped off the pillows overnight.Ignore the review from BigPopa (and others) that says these sheets are not made from bamboo. His photo deliberately cuts off the part that says they are from bamboo.They are more expensive than many sets of sheets but I routinely buy sheets this expensive and they compare well based on feel. Others (e.g., Kirkland) are heavier and better constructed but not as soft.

I love these sheets. It's the second set I've purchased -- got them for my son after loving the ones I bought myself. The texture is so silky without being over the top. They breathe beautifully, and look luxurious draped on the bed. Fantastic deal for the price.

These are the best sheets we own. They are so soft and silky, a great price, and easy to put on and clean. They fit our bed perfectly and have nice label on the fitted sheet that tells you which side goes on the “head or foot” of the bed. The blue is a beautiful pop of color on our bed.

I ordered these while staying in a rental for 2 weeks and the sheets provided were pretty coarse feeling. They arrived quickly and were better quality than I expected. My only complaint was how overly large the fitted sheet is. Hopefully my home mattress will be a better fit than the rental was. I am particular about sheets and these are very soft and cooling for a great price. They should get better with more washes.

These are the most amazing sheets have six sets and friends always end up buying them as well when they stay the night. Cool and soft they last for years with minimal wear.

These are my Favorite. Sheets. Ever. I've purchased other bamboo sheets, and other "miracle" sheets, and these are by far the most comfortable I have. I'm going through The Change, and have hot flashes and nightsweats, and these lovely sheets are cooling and dry quickly if I get sweaty. They're also extremely smooth. I have very sensitive skin, and these sheets don't irritate my skin like Some Others. I purchased another brand that's smooth as well, but they've pilled. These do not pill.I love them. They're fantastically well priced, durable, and luxurious feeling. I'll be buying another set.

These sheets are very soft and lightweight, very nice to sleep on. Not sure about keeping you cool, as I am usually always cool. What I am most unhappy with that when you buy queen size sheets, you would think the pillowcases would also fit queen size pillows. Nope, they are very small and too short, made for a small standard pillow I guess. Also they are very wrinkled after coming out of the dryer, and after only maybe three washings the pillowcases are already coming apart at the seams and corners. I would normally give them only two stars, but they are a good price so will up it to three.

I thought all bamboo sheets were created equal. Let me tell you, they are not. I bought another brand and they did not live up to my experience with California Dream. They are so soft and get softer as they age. These are now saved in my favorites so I won't buy the wrong brand again.
