Works perfect and easy install

Compact and skimming my 5000 gallon pond just fine.

After checking many skimmers I went with this one. The price was right and had same features that more expensive ones had.Fast delivery and the set up was easy, I bought stainless nut and bolt and put them in instead of the supplied screws for a better hold on the front part. Works great.

The item received was much smaller (much smaller) than the product description. I ordered the product for a waterfall project on Saturday (this is Thursday). Too bad the product is nothing like the description. I wouldn't order this item if you are on a short time frame because it may not be what you expect. Then you have to ship it back and wait 10 days for refund. What a mess!

awesome - easy to install and works great. Makes cleaning the pond filter 1000% times easier now that it's off the pond floor.

The skimmer box is quite small and flimsy, limits the size of the pump you can use. The weir design is not very effective at keeping small fish out, they just swim around the left or right edge. Installation in a pre-existing pond was clumsy, I've installed several skimmers over the years, this was the most frustrating. The included leaf net is actually pretty good quality. If you need a small and inexpensive skimmer, this will do the job, but I personally would not buy it again.
