Excellent. Looks exactly like the oem version.
I cut my G410 driver by an inch, so I added a Histar 6g weight in the draw position to bring the swing weight back up near stock. It works as intended, and is 100x cleaner than using lead tape.

Lighter but better.
When I got my Ping driver it had a 16 gram weight in it. I could swing it but not much control. I thought a lighter weight would be better but the pro shop said I would have to get it from Ping. I looked here first and found a bunch. Did not know which one to get so I started with the 4gm. This installed easy and has not come loose after many rounds. My swing speed increased and my control is much better. I am in the fairway most of the time. Really pleased.
