Good 4 burner gas stove
First of all i was bit skeptical to buy this stove as its a new model and no much reviews in amazon. After spending plenty of time on gas stove research, finally decided to buy this stove as its met my budget and features i was looking for. With discount i got this stove for around 6500rs.Product is as per my expectation when it comes to look and performance now,Since i received the stove yesterday only so dont comment much on its long term performance. I will definitely edit my feedback later if found any issues.

Need to improve the steel quality
Getting slightly rust in steel in10days usage steel quality is not good burner and flame are good glass quality also good in photo you can see the steel rust

Poor service
I received this product on Sunday(25th OCT) I open the box & install this @ the time of use sim/low flem not working if I use sim/Low flem gas is off. I call customer care but due to weekly off VIDIEM help line close, I try to Monday due to dashers Holiday Again help line not working. I call on Monday early morning customer care executive pickup the call I SHARE my issue. customer care executive assure me within 2 hour I received call but still I am waiting I call in evening around 5pm again but same answer. Next day(Wednesday)I call in morning I am shock Because no complaint registered again I registered my complaint send product video but still no Solution finally I return the product.NOTE: VIDIEM SOUTH BASE COMPANY NOT PROVIDE SERVICE IN NORTH(DELHI/UP/PUNJAB/HARYANA ETC...Customer care executive not understand HINDI

Don’t buy
Please don’t buy this, I bought it in oct’20 and have been constantly complaining about it’s turning off when ever i sim it and gas keeps on leaking.. its too dangerous. Can be life taking.

Edited: Cautiously buy or recommend any Vidiem products
Vidiem gas stove glass explodes after half an hour of being used. Stay away from all vidiem products if you value your life and hard earned money.Edited: Vidiem customer care contacted me the next day of posting this review and a service technician came home to replace the glass. I waited this long to edit this review as I wanted to know if the replaced glass will also explode. Fortunately, everything is OK until now. I have no new complaints about the Air series gas stove.
