These are great. I always worry when camping and hiking about knife laws and needing a knife to prepare vegetables. This is the happy medium, the blade length and non locking folding aspect makes them legal to carry and practical for what I need it for. I can fold it away into my rucksack so I don’t risk putting a hole in anything. I did use my sharpening stone and leather to finish off the blade, it’s sharp enough but just a little on the rough side, a quick sharpen and it cuts paper!

Opening pistachio nuts, peeling fruit.Was a little disappointed with the appearance, thought they seemed a bit plastic, however they are well balanced, sharp and functional as well as brightly coloured.

A little bit too big for what I needed and very sharp so be careful.

Fits easily into my lunch bag. Not heavy. Works very well and easy to wash. Good value

Haven't really had opportunity to use them yet. (Not picnic weather!) But really colourful and a good length when opened up, but very thin . Hope will be reasonably strong in use. Slightly difficult to open up blade...small and light to carry.

Lovely knives, but, so darn sharp. Thought they'd be like a penknife.

I wanted a lightweight, UK legal knife to carry in my bag in order to cut up food on the go when out and about. Ones with metallic handles were always too weighty and these knives are definitely lightweight. The blades are easy to extract from the handles and are extremely sharp. It is very easy to cut food with these blades. The handles appear to be moulded in one piece so they are unlikely to come apart in use. The handles are smooth plastic except for a raised, textured design running from the top to just below the middle. This provides a bit of grip. Two things mean I am not giving 5 stars. Firstly the blades start to fold in when being cleaned and secondly I would have liked a sheath to protect them and me while travelling. I would have been happy to pay more for maybe just two knives and a protective sheath rather than four knives and no cover. Given that each knife is about the price of a magazine or Sunday Newspaper, I can’t really complain. They are good for the price.

Found these too sharp and quite dangerous. Too easy to cut your fingers while using.
