Q: Can this latico 5860 2k clearcoat be applied over water borne base coat ? thank you

Yes, it can be applied over urethane, waterborne, or even lacquer. Good stuff.

Q: In description it says fast but in size it says slow. If I choose slow will I receive 5620 hardener

The one I received said normal and it turned out to be fast. Laid down kind of dry but sanded quite easily. The end result was fantastic. Just be aware don’t go to fast slow down for each pass.
