What a terrible misrake purchasing somerhing rhat i love and getting something that i would never have bought had someone told me that this cheese could vary this much.Adding that I did contact the seller and he will do NOTHING!

This product was so great and the taste of this product was delicious. We even sent through door to door to cross the ocean for 30 days and still the quality was excellent. As long we pack this product well. The taste and quality never change. By the way we even ship this product to the Phil. for our relatives over there. And every member of the family really love this product. I will recommend to a lot of people to buy this product because it is really delicious and better than Mozzarella cheese. Very good in pizza,chicken fettuccini,and a lot of Italian recipe.

I lived in Italy for 3 years, in Vicenza, near the town of Asiago. I loved Asiago cheese! It’s all I ever bought. I’ve longed to taste it again, since it really can’t be exactly duplicated in the USA. But this cheese is fresco. It’s the fresher version that Italians use on sandwiches (paninis). It’s creamier and softer than my favorite Asiago, which is aged and semi hard and used to grate over spaghetti. I should of realized what that meant when it said it was fresco. Oh well, it’s still really Asiago. Just the softer version. But I wish they sold the aged version.

It was ok, tasted ok when you get , I still have some, I wrap it real good and it still is drying out fast

Very dissapointed with this version of so called Asiago cheese. It is a soft, bland cheese very unlike the sharp flavor Asiago cheese is known for. It does not even have a hint of Asiago cheeses I have purchased before. Costco discounted sellingAsiago cheese and thought to give this brand a try. I wasted my money with this purchase.

Nice aroma and sweet flavor! Arrived packaged well and in a timely fashion and the whole family is enjoying the cheese - will definitely purchase again!

This item arrived very carefully packed for shipping. Four ice packs were included and were all still frozen when we received the item. We will purchase more of this item as needed. Quality job.
