1. I’m very new to drinking turmeric so I don’t have that much experience with the the tastes and what to look for. However my mom had bought me a lil packet mixture of turmeric from Walmart can I fell in love.So began my journey to finding a healthier option bc that packet contained sugar in it among other things. I’ve ready reviews on others and they mentioned it being too spicy and said nope don’t want that!Then I found this! Although it doesn’t have very many written reviews it really screen authenticity with the ingredients so I decided to give it a try and I’m in love! This is the one and I couldn’t be happier.Instantly I smelled it and it smells so good! The taste is perfect it’s just like the lil packet my mom got me but healthier!All I did was a teaspoon to a cup of almond milk. That is one Downfall no instructions on how much to add so I just went with another’s instructions i found.I highly recommend!

Learned about this mix from a family member. They have a great flavor profile and it's really nicely balanced. I've purchased other locally made mixes and have regretted it. This is by far the best I've had so far.

Just had this last night after a day which included intense gym in morning, and an hr of racket sports with some really competitive players. Generally one of them is enough to give me soreness and general tiredness for the net day. Woke up refreshed and without any soreness.God Bless India.
