Do you refrigerate after opening? How do you store these and how long do they last after opening

Yes it does state on the packaging after opening store in the fridge to preserve taste bottle of 60ml with daily dose 1ml last 60 days I take half dose daily last 4months in the fridge absolutely fine there is nothing in ingredients to go off really like fresh fruit concentrate or similar just vitamin itself stevia glycerin and purified water

Has anyone, who has been taken this for at least 3 months, noticed any improvements on hair growth?

Hair became very shiny, growth wouldn’t say I have noticed but in the three months I have had my hair cut twice( inch each time) and my hair has stayed the same length. Nails became very brittle and broke in the early stages.

Does this help when the hair is in good condition , but the hair bulb as it were is virtually non existent and is falling out ?
