The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this product for my recycle bin and normal household waste bin, I no longer have over flowing bins.Product is well designed and very sturdy, little heavy for my wife to use but great product

Fits a 180l bin but quality has let it down a bit. It’s warped and off at an angle so it doesn’t work quite as well as expected. The premise works generally and gets the job done.

Works great you just gotta watch the square bit that goes into the bin is on one screw and turnsBut its easy to use.And strong, I like it .

Very Studley built of strong metal works excellent well worth spending the extra on this then the cheaper alternatives

This compactor worked really well on our older style wheelie bin. Our council has recently replaced them with a new system with black/orange/blue bins. This now makes it a bit fiddly to fit over the handles and push into the bin at the same time.No fault of the product itself as it was obviously designed for a bin with slightly bigger opening. With some perseverance, I was able to squash our recycling down a bit but it's not as effective as it used to be.

Absolutely love this tool. It’s very well made and super easy to put together. It sits there solidly waiting for crushing time. Depending what you have in your bin, I find I gain between 1/3 to half my wheely bin space back after using this.

On my first and only use the item buckled, the connecting bolt is bent and cannot be tightened and is therefore flopping around and completely useless. The design is pretty poor anyway because in order for it work the bin needs to be more or less full. Any pressure and the item will fail. I wrote to the seller who simply blames me, says they have sold loads and their own staff use them and they are fine. They are refusing to refund or replace and I will be taking the matter further. That is not a reasonable excuse. This is seriously shoddy. Sadly the item designed to help with recycling will end up in the very bin it is supposed to compact. I have wasted £40, Amazon don't care and the seller doesn't car. I will take the matter much much further as this is a total rip-off and potential buyers need to know.
