When I first saw this pop up I dismissed it almost immediately. Why would I buy a tube of paste to stick up my nose? However, once I knew of its existence, this product started to weigh on my mind. I use a CPAP, and it is winter. Every morning I awoke to find that, once again, my noise was painfully dry, almost to the point of bleeding. I could not be happier with this product.First, I will tell you that it is not a paste, but a very light gel. When you squeeze it out, it looks more like water than anything, but it isn't water. It's full of great humectants, which attract water from the air and surrounding tissues while staying in place, such that a very small amount of this gel offers a great deal of moisturiaing power. I apply it before bed with a q-tip to the inside of my nostrils (and as far up into my sinuses as I dare; I get braver every day, and soon I may be applying it to my brain if I'm not careful) and get instant relief to dry achy sinuses. I have no idea how I can have both congested sinuses that barely allow me to breath AND sinuses so dry that the Mojave desert seems humid by comparison. But the application of this gel seems to help even with my chronic sinusitis, not to mention the interminable dryness. This stuff is easily my favorite discovery of the last 5 years.

I've tried several brands for my nostrils caused by my oxygen canula and this brand is the best. No smell and doesn't leave a dried on film like another brand did. I'll definitely stick with this one

I acquired this product to alleviate my mother’s nasal bleeding, which was precipitated by her use of nighttime oxygen.Having endeavored with numerous other remedies to no avail, I turned to this particular item upon a friend's recommendation. She administers it to the interior of each nostril with a cotton bud in the evening before retiring and before employing her nighttime oxygen.Within the span of a week, her affliction with nosebleeds and discomfort had ceased. The product performed as claimed and significantly enhanced her nocturnal comfort.I am most gratified.

This product was suggested by our ENT for dry nasal passages. There is no scent and is applied with a q-tip. It does the job of keeping nasal passages moist. I like this product but it is thick. I prefer using Ayr Gel, which is a thinner product.

I have been using a Neti pot twice daily for 19 years. It has been a life changer for me as I have not had to be on antibiotics for sinus infections 2 to 4 times each year. Everything in life has pros and cons and unfortunately washing away your mucosa is not good long term. I was searching for salves or cream to ease discomfort that had developed and found this product. It is great! No nose is no longer sore, it moisturizes and at the same time opens my sinuses. I still use the Neti, but only once or twice per week.For those of you too young to have ever used a metal tube, squeeze GENTLY from the end of the tube, flattening as you go. The product comes easily so a light touch goes a long way.Also, to open the tube there is a point on the outside of the cap that is used to puncture the foil tip. Push it all the way in while holding the tube gently not to mash it.This is one of those products that I wish I had know about years ago because it would have made life much better.
