Q: How many essential oil bottles will this hold? Will it hold 30 mL?

Yes it will. Mine holds 48 10mL bottles. You can also get it with more rows if needed.

Q: What size screws and nuts does this take? It didnt come with any.

Wow, how weird. The screws are tiny and less than a half inch and the nuts are maybe a 1/4 inch. You should be able to find some small ones at either Lowe's or Ace Hardware that will work. I bought them 6 layer racks so it has 24 screws and nuts.
