Of 3in1 mixes, there’s only a few that truly pass my coffee geek metric.. and of those this is by far the best for very simple reasons:1. No overpowering sweetness (says someone who loves her cream and sugar with a dash of super strong coffee lol). Unlike many, sugar is NOT the 1st ingredient, instead it’s creamer2. Not daily free! it didn’t even occur to me that I had to check for this, but many brands use dairy free creamer. I understand if you have a moral or health reason for dairy-free products for coffee, but if not, proper milk or cream is just a better pairing.3. Mixes perfectly and stays forty long enough to drink (Unless like me you can’t help but stir it to mix faster).4. No taste/smell of flavouring (though vanilla is added, it’s not detectable). It tastes as though you took good freeze dried instant coffee, powdered milk, a bit of sugar and water and frothed it. But .. instant.5. Large packets!!!! Can make a 12-14 oz coffee that’s not diluted. Most brands are half the size or less and I always have to use 2-5 packets. So $20 is $1/cup, which is a good cost unless you go through multiple cups a day.The only downsides:1. Additives - palm oil, stabilisers, etc .. it’s a long list. BUT, they tell you ingredient composition information of what makes up what, which I appreciate.2. Coffee is LAST, the very last ingredient. So i often add a bit extra coffee. But wont be a problem for most.For reference: I’m speaking as someone who owns 3 espresso machines and countless percolating, dripping, steaming, pressing, pressurised and pouring coffee extraction devices, drinking instant coffee is a shameful guilty pleasure. So I get very selective about taste — has to taste like instant coffee, but still be coffee. And I’ve learned that’s not easy unless you mix it all yourself.

I was delighted to find this Instant Cappuccino mix on Amazon! So much easier to buy from my computer! My husband & I were first served this 2 years ago by our realtor, as we sat ironing out our purchase details. After we closed on our house, she gave us a whole package of the mix. The key is to get the water hot enough. The instructions say to pour the mix into a cup of "boiling water". Our realtor used the microwave to make it.
