These are small capsules, so they are pretty easy to swallow. They have good ingredients that are known to assist digestion. I don't have any burping or anything after taking these, they are tasteless. When I smell into the bottle, they have an almost yogurt smell. You are meant to take two of these whenever you eat a meal, and there are 180 capsules. So it's a 30 day supply if you eat all 3 meals a day.

I have been taking these for about a month and a half and can honestly say they have been helping me out a lot! They’ve helped my digestion and bloating that comes with eating some meals. I take them either right at the beginning of a meal, during or shortly after. Whenever I remember too honestly as long as it’s around the time of the meal. The bottle says to the amount you take is dependent on the type of food you have eaten. There’s 180 capsules in the bottle giving you plenty to try out and see for yourself the natural effectiveness of these digest plus capsules.

Been taking these for a week and I haven’t noticed any changes I. Helping either digestion or effectiveness. For that I don’t think it’s a good value.

It works great with no flavor or aftertaste! No sign of any negative indigestion or any other stomach upset. They don’t affect energy levels during exercise.
